Pitman acquires
Litho Development
Pitman Company, a North American graphic arts supplier, has acquired Litho Development and Research (LDR), one of the largest graphic arts suppliers in the western US. Assets to be acquired include LDR’s sales and distribution facilities in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and Denver.
This marks the third major transaction of 2001 for Pitman, based in Totowa, NJ. Earlier, the company bought PrintNation and Ad Vantage.
